Foyer · Concierge & Lobby

Where every entrancebecomes the agent.

Foyer is Nextrion's concierge and lobby deployment.

Visitors are recognized at the door, briefed on the right display, and written back into the channels your team already works in. The front desk stops being the bottleneck.

What’s connected

Every surface writes into one model.

How it works
01

The door recognizes

A visitor checks in at the kiosk. Instead of a name in a book, the entity is resolved against the meeting, the host, and the space they are cleared for.

02

The building responds

Displays switch to wayfinding for that visitor, access opens for the right floor, and the host is notified. One event moves several surfaces because they share one model.

03

It writes back

The check-in lands in Slack or Teams as a normal message in the channel the team already watches. Nobody re-types a visitor log, and nothing is stranded in a separate console.

The lobby stops being a desk and starts being a system that knows who walked in.
